01Elevator-type treatment
A rotating part is held in a jig while vertical travel controls the heating position. Configurations cover small parts within 1,000 mm and large parts up to 3,000 mm.
Processes shaped around the part. Precision throughout production.

01A rotating part is held in a jig while vertical travel controls the heating position. Configurations cover small parts within 1,000 mm and large parts up to 3,000 mm.
02A gantry robot loads the part, and the turntable links heating and unloading positions. Configurations include rotating ball stud and non-rotating link bracket processes.
03Sequentially treats both shaft ends or the inner and outer case surfaces. Part turning, transfer, treatment, rust prevention and unloading are linked for the component.
04Integrates quenching and tempering for stub shafts. EV rotor shafts move through a step-transfer system with 180° turning for treatment of both ends.
05Links two-zone spindle treatment and simultaneous treatment of two stub shafts with 100% eddy current testing and articulated robot handling.
06Batch tempering follows quenching to reduce residual stresses associated with thermal and transformation effects.
